Annual Feet For Flippers 5K. Join us for our annual 5K! We are very excited that this event will be back in person!! That means we will get to run along the iconic Cape Cod Canal once again. Our 5K course is now USTAF certified for those wanting to have times from a professionally measured course! This allows to records and national rankings! We will still also have a virtual option for those to join us far and wide as we put our feet to work to raise funds for NMLC!

Fees/Admission
Registration cost is $30 until the day of the race. On race day, registration fee will increase to $40 per person. For those registering a child under 18 years old or a currently enrolled student, use promo code STUDENTORKID to receive a discount on the registration fee. Cost of children and students is $25 per person.
