April Vacation - Spring Into Fun at OVL

Osterville Village Library - It's time to "Spring into Fun," discover, play, and explore during April school vacation week. Taking advantage of warm spring weather this year, the Osterville Village Library will roll out a brand new array of interactive kits and activities for both children and adults. In addition to lawn games such as croquet, bocce, and ladder ball, discovery kits offer the opportunity to build a robot, to learn to use a metal detector, to peer through a microscope, or ponder the constellations with a planetarium projector. Many of these items can be borrowed by card holding patrons to explore and discover at home, others are for use at the library, or upon the soon to be named Calvin C Gould Library Green. Spring has been a long time coming this year as we hopefully emerge at last from the pandemic. The Osterville Village Library is pleased to be able to present these new materials as part of our "Spring into Fun" campaign. And.. looking forward to summer, the reminder raffle tickets to win a Range Rover Discovery Sport are already on sale for this year's drawing.
