BeetleCat Restoration
Whether you're a boat enthusiast or just looking for something different to do this winter, The Cape Cod Maritime Museum is offering a unique opportunity to assist in the restoration of an historic 1963 Beetle Cat. Under the tutelage of talented Boatwright Bruce Colvin, you'll assist in restorations including removing and replacing trim, re-doing the canvas deck, stripping and refinishing spars, cleaning, painting, etc.; plus restorations to the mast, boom and gaff. Maximum of 6 students, no experience required
