Indian Classics with Sanjay: Bhuna Gosht & Chana Dal

Sat, Jul 26, 11am-1pm. Explore classic Indian cuisine with chef Sanjay Palit! In this class you will learn to cook two delicious dishes: Bhuna Gosht (Lamb with onion & roasted spice) and Chana Dal (split peas lentil). Aloo/Matar Tikka (potato/peas cutlet ) will be served for tasting during the class. Sanjay will guide you step-by-step through preparation and cooking.
