Indian Classics with Sanjay: Butter Chicken & Baingan Bharta
Sat, Jun 28, 11am-1pm. Explore classic Indian cuisine with chef Sanjay Palit! In this class you will learn to cook two delicious dishes: Butter Chicken and Baingan Bharta (Roasted Eggplant). An additional Paneer dish will be served for tasting during the class. Sanjay will guide you step-by-step through preparation and cooking.
