Opening Reception for “It’s All About the Idea…Mark Making and Process”

Sunday, May 19, from 3-5pm at the HyArts Programming Annex. “It’s All About the Idea… Mark Making and Process” is a collection of experimental paintings, drawings, and mixed media created by artist Ann Guiliani. This exhibition, displayed from May 7-31, expresses the creative process as a free, fluid, and exciting journey that takes Ann into varied worlds that often merge together, each starting with an idea about something seen or experienced that must be said. Ann will be holding a three-day workshop, “It’s All About the Idea,” May 17-19, from 9am-1pm. This opening reception is free, and all are welcome.
