Showcase your culinary talents and local flavors at one of the Cape’s premier tasting events! This fun, high-energy evening will feature local restaurants serving samples to 150–200 guests — community members, business leaders, and visitors alike.

Vendor Details

• Participants must complete an online form with the Town of Barnstable Board of Health.

• All food vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance listing the Cape Cod Gateway Airport and the Greater Hyannis Chamber of Commerce as Additional Insured and Certificate Holders.
• Alcohol vendors must be TIPS Certified and provide Liquor Liability Insurance.
• Beer and wine samples only (2 oz. pours).
• Setup begins at 2:30 PM.  Must be setup by 3:45pm
